Shipping

*Shipping times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Holidays, weather conditions, and COVID-19-related implications may also cause delays in the processing and delivery of orders.

*For all orders shipped outside of the United States, there may be taxes and/or duties due upon delivery. The customer is required to pay all such applicable taxes and duties that may be required upon delivery.

Returns/Exchanges

If you don’t love your Scorpion Fit purchase, you can contact us at hello@scorpionfit.com to start a return. We can only accept items that are unworn, unwashed, with tags, and in original packaging within 30 days of purchase. 

• A $10 restocking fee applies to all returns. Initial shipping costs are nonrefundable.

• Exchanges for a different size in the same style are free for U.S orders (contingent on inventory).

• Gift cards and sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

• Returns and exchanges can only be accepted at the specified return address provided to the customer.

• Returns made without first contacting us cannot be accepted.

• We are not liable for lost, held, damaged, or stolen packages.

International Returns

• Customers will be responsible for the cost of international returns. The liability for the goods remains with the customer until we have received the goods. Shipping costs, duties and taxes are nonrefundable.

• The most efficient way to return an item for a different size in the same style is to return your item and make a separate purchase for the new order. Shipping costs and a $10 restocking fee apply.
